Thoughts on Christmas
Well, Christmas is upon us, only three days away,
Here is one thing that I don't like about The Christmas Season; I hate when someone tells me "happy holidays", or "season's greetings" it literally chaps my tail. I would be less offended if someone told me "Happy Winter Solstice", or "Happy Kwanza"or whatever they celebrate. "happy holidays" is such a generic term, or more along the lines of a term that tries to appease people, which opens up the whole PC debate, and this being a few days before CHRISTMAS, is not a subject that I want to tackle.(probably in my next post.)
and I hope that everyone has a merry Christmas.
oh yeah join the NRA today. www.nra.com

Hahaha! I'm taking it that you don't like knowing that I am on a "winter break" right now from school. :) Merry Christmas, Beav! :)
i dont know bird, i kind of like the church taking a firmer stand against things like this, though it does seem trivial,
more and more; secularism is pushing christianity out of the "public square" all under the viel and guise of Political Correcteness.
while other religions are allowed to proclaim their message from the hilltops. if you say the pledge of allegience or even mention inteligent design in a classroom you will most likely get sued or lose your job because you are "pushing christianity"
inch by inch they push a little more, dont say merry christmas, a little more, dont say the pledge of alegiance, a little more, dont display the ten commandments, if you dont take a stand somewhere the secularist will make christianity illegal.
the church cannot be everything to everyone. and if you dont believe in jesus, that is exactly where you are going, straight to hell, and that is one of the churches jobs, to get people to realize that fact.
and i dont think that there is a nice way to say that.
